Les Pins du Phare Holiday Villa

Located in a quiet residential street, only a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the main seaside resort of La Tranche sur Mer. The villa has private parking for 2 cars, and extra parking in front of the villa on the road. The front garden is securely fenced off and there is access to the garage, where you will find a table tennis table. The back garden faces south and is not overlooked by any of the neighbouring houses.

In the garden there is a 9m x5m heated pool (with security barrier for the safety of your children). The shallow end has steps down to the bottom and is 1.1m deep and the deep end is 1.8m deep. The pool is heated from May until the end of September each year.

The pool is surrounded by a paved patio with sun loungers and a small patio table, chairs and parasol. There is a large covered veranda running the length of the back of the house - with table and chairs for al fresco dining - a great place to unwind after a long day of site seeing and sun bathing! A security barrier has been installed around the patio area, restricting access to the pool area for younger guests.

Inside the house, there is an open plan living room and kitchen, with a large breakfast bar that can be used as a dining table. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa (images to follwo), wood burning fire and there are electric heaters for the cooler months. The kitchen is of a contemporary design, with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the basement. Both the living area and kitchen have doors leading out onto the covered veranda.

To keep the kids amused, there is a separate TV lounge - with flat screened TV (UK & French Free-to-Air channels), DVD player and lots of board games.

WiFi secure internet access is available in the house.

One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, WC and hand basin). This room may be suitable for guests with limited mobility. In the hallway there is also a separate WC and plenty of storage space.

In the hallway, there is a staircase leading down to the basement - where you will find a table tennis table, tents for the beach, bicycle for the bread-run and the washing machine.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a double bed, the other two both have two single beds each.

All bed linens and towels are included in with the price of your holiday, however, please bring your own pool/beach towels.

A high chair, stair gate and travel cot are available for your use during your stay.
